Delivery Terms and Conditions

1. Our goods are only delivered to all regions in Hong Kong (except restricted areas).

2. Office and delivery hours: Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the delivery service will be postponed to the next working day)

3. After delivery, we will make adjustments depending on the delivery area, traffic conditions and weather.

4. When Typhoon Signal No. 8 is hoisted or the Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, the delivery service time will be delayed.

5. If the wrong address causes the delivery to fail, or it cannot be delivered successfully, the product will be returned to the warehouse for the customer to pick up by himself. The store will not arrange delivery again. If another delivery needs to be arranged, the customer must bear the relevant costs.

6. If we do not expect to be able to deliver on the estimated shipping date, we will attempt to notify you. However, to the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss, liability, cost, damage, charge or expense to you as a result of any delay in shipping.

7. In case of any dispute, Global Sound Int’l Limited reserves the right of final decision. See Terms of Use for additional terms and conditions.

8. Areas where delivery services cannot be provided include: restricted areas, road sections that cannot be entered by trucks, exhibition venues, hotels, decoration units, houseboats/boats, construction sites, container terminals, goods must be hung into the house through the balcony or the on-site environment does not allow delivery The location of the item purchased. If delivery is required to the Ferry Terminal, the customer must arrange the sea delivery and cargo pick-up and drop-off by himself/herself.

9. Additional fees apply for special areas

Additional fees are required for special areas. Special areas refer to: Sai Kung, Southern District of Hong Kong Island, Beach, The Peak, Tung Chung and Airport, Ma Wan, Disneyland and Discovery Bay (toll fees will be calculated separately)…etc. Need to collect on delivery. The fee is approximately HKD500.00. The above areas are for reference only, customers can call the customer service department for inquiries before placing an order.

10. If there is no elevator, delivery by stairs is HK$50.00 per floor.

11. The consignee must be at least 18 years of age and an authorized representative of the customer, and any instructions/information or actions provided by the consignee are on behalf of the customer.

12. If there are any changes or cancellations, please email to info@globalsoundhk.net within 24 hours after the purchase date to make relevant arrangements. Otherwise, we will charge an additional service fee of HK$200 (Hong Kong).

13. All items must be delivered within 90 days after the purchase date; if more than 90 days, we will contact the customer via WhatsApp or email to cancel the order and arrange a refund.

14. We will not be responsible for any delay or failure to complete the delivery due to accidents, traffic conditions, weather conditions or other reasons beyond our control (such as failure of the supplier or manufacturer to deliver).

15. If for any reason, we need to revise the delivery date, we will notify you of the revised date as soon as possible. Estimated delivery times are for reference only. In no event shall we be liable for any early or late shipment date, for any reason and with or without notice to you.

 
Global Sound Int’l Limited reserves the right to make any changes to the above terms without prior notice and reserves the right of final decision on the transaction. If there is any discrepancy between the above Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
